How do I track my parcel?
DPD provide customers with a one hour delivery window once the parcel is in transit on the day of delivery. You are able to track your order using your unique web order number (WO00000) which can be found on your order confirmation email. Just enter this into the Track Orders section in the top menu bar to bring up your consignment. If you don't have a web order number you can use our 6 digit order number which can be found in the My Account section.
In addition to this you can enter your email address and/or mobile number during the checkout process on the website to receive your tracking details first thing in the morning.
Do you provide a drop shipping service?
We do indeed provide a drop shipping service. It’s as easy as placing an order on our website and entering your customers address. Alternatively you can place drop ship orders through your account manager.
All orders that don’t go to your invoice address go out plain label by default.
Add to orders will be delivered at the same time as the initial order.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, the first thing to do is to submit an RMA form. Once this has been logged with our returns department a member of our team will contact you to discuss the options available. Our online returns form allows you to select the product you wish to RMA without having to hunt round for order numbers and serial numbers.
You will need to fill out an account application form which is available in the downloads section in the top menu bar of the website. Please ensure you fill out the correct form and sign the Terms and Conditions on the last page of the form.
